The Missing Persons Guide will:

• Not retain any data entered into the poster tool
• Use cookies and Google Analytics to improve website performance 
• If you make a donation, your name, email, and transaction details may be shared with The Missed Foundation through a secure third-party payment platform. We do not store your payment information.

The poster tool

Our poster generator allows you to enter information about a missing loved one to create an awareness poster. This information is processed within your browser only and is not collected, transmitted, or stored by us.

How donor information is used

If you donate, we may use your information to:

• Process your donation and issue a receipt
• Communicate with you if you opt in to our newsletter
• Meet legal or reporting obligations

Your data will never be sold or will it be used for marketing without your consent.

If you choose to contact The Missed Foundation, any personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with The Missed Foundation’s Privacy Policy, which complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
